The Sage Boss to Go comes with a 1,000 watt motor, 2 tumblers with lids, as well as an instruction manual with recipe book.
The tumblers are great - not only because you get 2, but the lids also have a pop-open spout. The material the tumblers are made from also seem really durable.
Furthermore, the Boss to Go comes with Sage’s Kinetix blade which does a really good job of circulating the ingredients when blending. If you’re stuck for inspiration, the recipe book is also really good because it has loads of recipe ideas for smoothies and more.
In my opinion, I’d say the Boss to Go is of similar value to other blenders of this type. It’s the 1,000 watt motor which is probably a contributing factor to the price tag.
Looking at the end result – for between 30-60 seconds of blending, it does to a really good job at making a really smooth smoothie. As someone who is new to using this type of blender, I must say they’re really easy to use to make something up quickly and take out straight away whilst on the go.
Best of all, both cups, lids and blade assembly are all dishwasher safe.
