Here’s how to make your very own stir-fry sauce for a chicken stir-fry. I don’t use measurements in my method, so use enough to suit your tastes.
- Place a wok over a high heat on the stove. Pour in some Oil and allow to heat up.
- Fry your meat until browned and cooked through.
- Pour in some of the juice from a tin of Pineapples, some Dark Soy Sauce, a teaspoon of Sugar and a tablespoon of Tomato Puree.
- Mix all the ingredients together, cooking for 5 minutes whilst checking for seasoning.
- Pour in some stir-fry vegetables and cook for a further few minutes, making sure the vegetables are covered in the sauce.
- Stir in some Noodles and chunks of Pineapple from the tin. Cook for a few more minutes then enjoy.
