Egg Mayonnaise Sandwich Recipe
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 handful of Watercress
- 1 Spring Onion
- Pepper (to season)
- 4 slices of White Bread

It’s back to basics with this classic Egg Mayonnaise Sandwich Recipe. With Spring Onions and Watercress, you’ll love the taste of these on fresh White Bread.
- Begin by bringing some water to the boil in a saucepan and boiling the two Eggs for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, remove the Eggs and run under cold water for a minute so they stop cooking, then set them aside to cool further.
- Meanwhile, finely chop the Spring Onion and roughly chop the Watercress then set aside.
- When the Eggs are cool enough, peel off the shell and mash the Eggs in a bowl whilst adding the Mayonnaise, Spring Onion, Watercress and some Pepper to season.
- Spread the Egg Mayo mixture between the slices of Bread, cut into squares and enjoy!
