Fruit Smoothie Recipe
- Frozen Summer Fruits
- Frozen Chopped Peaches
- Chopped Pineapple
- x1 Banana
- Fresh Mint
- Apple Juice

Get your 5-a-day in one hit with this really tasty Smoothie Recipe. Full of mint to make it extra refreshing, it's great if you've recently jumped on the health and fitness bandwagon!
- Using a smoothie maker or hand blender jug, pour in a handful of Summer Fruits, chopped Peaches and chopped Pineapple. I like it if the fruits are still a little bit frozen to make the Smoothie cool and thick.
- Peel the Banana and break into the jug along with a handful of roughly chopped Mint.
- Add about 1 cup of Apple Juice then blend the smoothie until smooth.
- If it's too thick, simply add more Apple Juice until you get a consistency you like.
