Summer’s almost here and we can see you’re starting to check out our ‘Cooking on the BBQ’ guide. I also blew the cobwebs off the barbecue this weekend for the first time in 2011 to cook a full-English. If you thought you couldn’t beat a fry-up at the weekend, try it on the BBQ – you really can’t get better than that! Anyway, I thought I’d divulge my top 3 tips for cooking on the barbecue in order to impress your guests, starting with the most important:
