Spanish Rice Recipe
- Rice (200g)
- Onion (x2)
- Garlic (x2 cloves)
- *Optional* Chicken - Grilled
- Chorizo Sausage (handful)
- Chicken or Veg Stock Cube (x1)
- Turmeric (x1 tsp)
- Cumin (x1 tsp)
- Oregano (x1 tsp)
- Olive Oil

Think rice recipes are boring? Well here's a great recipe for Spanish Rice to really jazz it up! Enjoy as a vegetarian option, or simply add some chicken for a Spanish Chicken and Rice Recipe.
- Finely chop the Onion & Garlic and fry for 5 minutes with a little oil.
- Now add the Rice, Turmeric, Cumin, Oregano, OXO Cube and 250ml of water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
- (if you're vegetarian ignore this part) Whilst simmering, fry the Chicken and slice the Chorizo Sausage. Add the Chicken and Chorizo to the rice 3-4 minutes before it's cooked, then serve.
