Homemade Fish and Chips

  • 2 pieces of White Fish
  • 1 Egg
  • 50g Breadcrumbs
  • 50g Plain Flour
  • Black Pepper
  • Lemon
  • Potatoes
  • Oil (to bake)

Directions

If you’re looking for a healthy version of a classic English takeaway then you must try my homemade fish and chips recipe.

  1. Finely slice the Potatoes then toss in a roasting tin with a little Oil. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes on 200c.
  2. Meanwhile, put the Egg, Breadcrumbs and Flour into 3 separate bowls.
  3. Coat each piece of fish with the Flour, then the Egg, then the Breadcrumbs and sprinkle over some Pepper. Then bake in the oven for 20 minutes on 200c.
  4. Serve with half a lemon and peas, then you've got yourself an easy recipe for Homemade Fish and Chips.
