Green Smoothie Recipe with Spinach
- 160ml Chilled Coconut Water
- 15g Baby Spinach Leaves
- 400g Green Seedless Grapes
- 75g Small Orange
- 65g Small Apple
- 30g Cucumber

- Firstly, take a blender and add in the Grapes.
- Chop the Apple and add to the blender, along with the chopped Cucumber.
- Peel the Orange and remove the pips. Then add this along with the Baby Spinach.
- Finally, add the Coconut Water and blend for approx. 60 seconds, or until smooth.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
