Green Smoothie Recipe with Spinach

  • 160ml Chilled Coconut Water
  • 15g Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 400g Green Seedless Grapes
  • 75g Small Orange
  • 65g Small Apple
  • 30g Cucumber

Directions

  1. Firstly, take a blender and add in the Grapes.
  2. Chop the Apple and add to the blender, along with the chopped Cucumber.
  3. Peel the Orange and remove the pips. Then add this along with the Baby Spinach.
  4. Finally, add the Coconut Water and blend for approx. 60 seconds, or until smooth.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy.
