Apple Crumble Recipe
- x2 Cooking Apples (500g)
- Plain Flour (300g)
- Light Brown Sugar (220g)
- Butter (170g)
- Ground Cinnamon (x1 tsp)
Directions
This crumble recipe is the daddy of all apple recipes! Impress your mates with an Apple Crumble!
- Chop the Butter into cubes and add to a bowl with the Flour and 170g’s of the Sugar. Work the mixture with your fingers until you’ve made a crumble.
- Peal the apples and chop into 2cm-ish cubes. Put the apple pieces into an ovenproof dish then sprinkle with the Cinnamon and the rest of the sugar (50g).
- Cover the Apple with the Crumble Mixture and cook in a preheated oven on 180c for 40 minutes.
