  • 42g Maxinutrition Vanilla Promax
  • 250g 0% fat Quark Cheese
  • 4 tbsp 1% Milk
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 220g Frozen Summer Fruits

Looking for a high protein frozen yogurt recipe? Try this alternative made with 0% fat Quark cheese and Maxinutrition Promax protein powder. This recipe contains 20g protein per serving.

  1. Take a blender and add all the ingredients.
  2. Blitz whilst the fruit is still frozen until the mixture is nice and smooth.
  3. Separate the mixture into freezer-proof containers.
  4. Leave in the freezer for 1-2 hours to firm up then enjoy.
