- 42g Maxinutrition Vanilla Promax
- 250g 0% fat Quark Cheese
- 4 tbsp 1% Milk
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 220g Frozen Summer Fruits

Looking for a high protein frozen yogurt recipe? Try this alternative made with 0% fat Quark cheese and Maxinutrition Promax protein powder. This recipe contains 20g protein per serving.
- Take a blender and add all the ingredients.
- Blitz whilst the fruit is still frozen until the mixture is nice and smooth.
- Separate the mixture into freezer-proof containers.
- Leave in the freezer for 1-2 hours to firm up then enjoy.
