Homemade Fish and Chips
- 2 pieces of White Fish
- 1 Egg
- 50g Breadcrumbs
- 50g Plain Flour
- Black Pepper
- Lemon
- Potatoes
- Oil (to bake)
Directions
If you’re looking for a healthy version of a classic English takeaway then you must try my homemade fish and chips recipe.
- Finely slice the Potatoes then toss in a roasting tin with a little Oil. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes on 200c.
- Meanwhile, put the Egg, Breadcrumbs and Flour into 3 separate bowls.
- Coat each piece of fish with the Flour, then the Egg, then the Breadcrumbs and sprinkle over some Pepper. Then bake in the oven for 20 minutes on 200c.
