Indian Cauliflower Rice Recipe
- 1 Cauliflower
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Tomato puree
- ¼ tsp Turmeric
- ¼ tsp Cumin
- ¼ tsp Coriander
- ¼ tsp Chilli powder
- ¼ tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- Oil (to Fry)
- Salt
- Handful fresh coriander
Directions
Cauliflower fried rice is my new favourite thing! If you’re looking for a tasty, low calorie version of rice, then you must try my Indian cauliflower rice recipe.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
- Blitz the cauliflower in a blender until it’s the size of rice.
- Add the cauliflower to the pan along with all the spices, tomato puree and a generous pinch of salt.
- Fry for approximately 5 minutes, until the everything’s combined and the cauliflower is cooked.
- Serve straight away, garnished with freshly chopped coriander and enjoy.
