Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe
- 1 Banana
- 100g Frozen Strawberries
- 100g Low fat Greek yogurt
- Handful Ice
- 1 tsp Runny honey
- 10 Mint leaves
Directions
My seriously tasty strawberry banana smoothie recipe is easy to prepare and can be quickly blitzed up in a blender or Nutribullet.
- Add all the ingredients to a blender or personal blender.
- Blitz for approx. 1 minute, or until the smoothie is nice and smooth. Add a dash of water if it’s too thick.
- Serve straight away whilst still cold and enjoy.
Tip! You can store your smoothie in a flask to enjoy throughout the day at work.
