Check out my latest recipe video (below) for Stuffed Chicken wrapped in Parma Ham. The great thing about this is (and I know I say it all the time) it’s really easy to make, AND, it’s a real show-stopper!
The Chicken is stuffed with Cream Cheese and Chives and Wrapped in Parma Ham, whilst having a drizzling of Olive Oil, Garlic and Oregano between the Chicken and Parma Ham.
Let us know what you think of the recipe and look out for my next video coming soon.
Warren.

For the resolution makers!
Well we’ve made it half way through January and if you’ve been ever so good with what you’ve been eating and drinking, why not reward yourself with this home made Mojito Recipe (see video below).
And yes, I was testing out my new green screen, so apologies for the special effects and generally pretty bad acting! The cocktail’s pretty good though!
Enjoy!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I hope you all had a very happy New Year and here’s to 2012 (chinging of glasses)!
If your New Years resolution is to eat a little bit healthier, or, to cut down on the takeaways (namely Fish and Chips), check out this recipe video for a Homemade Fish and Chips. It’s baked in breadcrumbs and is really easy to make, and, I’m not just saying this, but I really do think it tastes as good as the real thing.
Try it for yourself and let me know what you think,
Cheers,
Warren.

Hi All,
Christmas is literally just around the corner so get yourself down to the shop and get some ingredients for Mulled Wine! Check out the video here to see how simple it is to make, we whipped it up for when we were getting ready for the work Christmas Party and it tastes 10-times better than the shop bought stuff.
Enjoy!
Warren.
P.s. Please feel free to comment on the Dicky Bow!

Despite the comments from a previous video, there were some food related ones that lead me to make this recipe video. Check out this ideal dish to take to a Christmas Party – Stuffed Yorkshire Puddings with Beef and Horseradish Sauce.
Next assignment on it’s way so stay tuned!

Gee’s, it feels like ages since I last posted (to be honest, it has actually!) but things have been busy in the camp since getting all my assignments from the YouTube Next Chef people.
My latest assignment was to produce a video asking people to leave a comment on what Christmas party themed recipe they’d like to see next. So I made the video and thought nothing of it and somehow it went viral and I was getting 30,000 hits a night!
…Great I thought, however, it’s just a shame that hardly any of the comments were related to the food! See the comments for yourself here!
Hey, publicity is better than no publicity at all right!?
Cheers for now. Warren.

Well it’s been a busy couple of weeks, and after receiving a ton of great kit from YouTube, we were given our first recording assignment. We had to create a video for something that can be included in a Thanksgiving meal. I HAD to go with Brussel Sprouts, although they’re not strictly a traditional Thanksgiving side, it’s a good thing Christmas is just round the corner! You can check out the video below (the camera is amazing, although, I still have a lot to learn with it), and you’ll see it up on FitBrits.com shortly. Cheers for now. Warren.

Well here’s some good news that I’m ecstatic to spread the word about. I’ve been lucky enough to be one of sixteen to win the YouTube Next Chef competition, and what’s more, I’m the only one to be representing the UK alongside 10 fellow Americans, 3 Ozzies, 1 from India and 1 from Canada.
So what does this all mean? A 12 week course via Google + Hangouts with industry professionals, $5,000 worth of recording equipment and $10,000 worth of YouTube advertising to promote the FitBrits channel.
Our first meet up is today where I’ll be getting to know fellow winners for the first time. Find out more about the lucky 16.
Shea Hess from Hungry in Brooklyn will do a lot better job at explaining I’m sure, see below, and wish me luck!

Check out our latest Cooking guide on How to Cook Rice. I must say (and as reiterated before in previous blog posts), I hate faffing around in the kitchen.
The pro-faffs (the Delia’s) of the cooking world will make you believe that rice can soooooo eaisly be cooked wrong, but at the end of the day, if you know what you’re doing, you can make rice taste great, without the hassle.
Let us break down that barrier and find out how to cook rice the propa way – easily!!!
