Protein Dynamix Oatcakes Recipe

  • 100g Porridge Oats
  • 15g Crushed Nuts
  • 40g Caster Sugar
  • 60g Blueberries
  • 1 Egg
  • 50g Protein Dynamix Unflavoured Whey Protein Concentrate
  • 1 tbsp Golden Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter

Directions

If you're looking for oats or oatmeal protein powder recipes, then you must try my protein filled oatcakes which can also be made into bars if you like. Each contains 11g of protein.

  1. In a large mixing bowl, pour in the Porridge Oats, Crushed Nuts, Caster Sugar, Blueberries and crack in the Egg.
  2. Weigh out 50g of Protein Dynamix unflavoured whey protein concentrate and add into the bowl.
  3. Melt the Peanut Butter and Golden Syrup together in a saucepan or in the microwave then add to the mixing bowl.
  4. Thoroughly combine all the ingredients together until a ball forms. Roll out 6 balls from this and place on a baking tray that’s lined with greaseproof paper.
  5. Place in a preheated oven at 170c for 15-20 minutes or until the oatcakes turn golden.
  6. Then remove from the oven, leave to cool thoroughly and enjoy as a post workout snack.
