Directions
It’s very popular at the moment, especially for breakfast - my overnight oats recipe is perfect for keeping you full in the morning. And it looks pretty cool when made in a jar!
- Mix the Porridge Oats and Milk together in a bowl (using 90g Milk per 40g of Oats).
- Take a jar and fill 1/3 fill with the Oat/Milk mixture.
- Pour the frozen Summer Fruits into the jar, filling it another 1/3 full.
- Pour the remaining Oat/Milk mixture on top of the Summer Fruits, leaving a little bit of space on the top.
- Place some chopped Pineapple on top to finish then place a lid on the jar.
- Leave in the fridge to chill overnight then it’s ready to enjoy for breakfast.
