Peanut Salad Recipe
- Bowl of Salad
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 2 Bacon Rashers
- 100g Peanuts
- 6 Sun-dried Tomatoes
- Oil (to fry Bacon)
Directions
To celebrate Peanut week, I bring you my Peanut Salad Recipe. If you’re a Cashew Salad fan then you’ll love this. Plus, it’s crammed full of flavour as it contains Chicken, Sun-dried Tomatoes and Bacon. Enjoy!
- Start by pouring your Salad mixture into a bowl big enough to hold all the ingredients, then pour in the Peanuts.
- Slice the Sun-dried Tomatoes into strips and throw them in as well.
- Slice the Bacon into strips then fry in a pan with a little Oil until crisp. Then add to the bowl.
- Grill the Chicken Breast until it’s cooked through and there’s no pink left inside. Then cut into chunks.
- Serve the Salad mixture onto plates then sprinkle over the Chicken and enjoy.
