Potato Salad Recipe
- 500g New Potatoes
- x2 Garlic Cloves
- Handful Parsley
- x4 Spring Onions
- x3 tbsp Mayonnaise
Directions
A must have side dish when you're having a barbecue this Summer and entertaining for friends. Made with extra light mayonnaise, this recipe is low in fat and still high in flavour!
- Rinse the New Potatoes then cut them into half/threes. Then boil for about 15 minutes until the Potatoes are tender when cut into.
- Pour out the water and leave the Potatoes to cool. Meanwhile, peal and finely chop the Garlic Cloves then add to a mixing bowl.
- Finely chop the Parsley and Spring Onions then add to the mixing bowl with the Garlic.
- Add 3 generous tablespoons worth of Mayonnaise, then thoroughly mix the contents together.
- Finally, pour the cooled New Potatoes into the mixing bowl and mix everything together. Voila!
